An initial virtual consultation is provided at no cost before starting any training packages. This consultation gives you the opportunity to determine if our program aligns with your goals and ensures you’re ready to safely begin a fitness journey.

In-person 1:1 assessment & Personalized fitness plan
This comprehensive one-hour fitness assessment is designed to evaluate your overall stability, endurance, and strength. Together, we will establish realistic, measurable goals tailored to your needs. Based on these goals, preferences, and your progress, you’ll receive a personalized monthly training plan crafted using NASM’s proven OPT training model.
One 1:1 training session per month
One monthly 1:1 re-assessment & training sessions.
Monthly 1:1 online coaching session
Session schedule to walk you through your fitness program and coach you on your specific exercices and modifications.
2x Week online group conditioning sessions
Fitness sessions drawing heavily from SBL fit. These sessions will focus on mobility, cardiovascular conditioning and muscular endurance.
Access to fitness app (Android or iOS)
Fitness app for tracking of workouts, guidance on specific exercises, nutritional support including macro nutrient tracking, "wearables" (apple watch, fitbit) integration.

Nutritional guidance based on your fitness goals.
Trainer and community support
Support from your personal trainer as well as exclusive access to the CFCA community. Pushing, pulling, dragging each other, sweating the whole way, It is much easier to stay motivated when you are not alone. You will be able to communicate with your trainer individually or reach out to the CFCA community if you need a little advice, or perhaps lend a little bit of motivation yourself.

Adjustment of your fitness program at mid-month mark based on your progression to maximize your gains.
